Burrows Hospitality began in 2024 under its previous guise Me2u Catering. Its owned and operated by Evan Burrows. Evan began cooking in kitchens at 15 after falling in love with the trade as a kid cooking the family dinner each week to help his parents.

After going to culinary school, Evan took on his first full-time position at the Houses of Parliament cooking for polictions, heads of state and world leaders. He left to travel the world and landed in Melbourne in 2015. Evan continued his love of food and hospitality throughout his time in Melbourne and its that passion that led him to start his own business in 2024.
